Google Sheets
The WhatsBox Google Sheets Add-on enables you to broadcast personalized WhatsApp template messages directly from any Google Sheets spreadsheet without writing code, using third-party webhook tools, or manually exporting CSV files.
Whether dispatching order updates, event reminders, or marketing promotions, your team can manage customer outreach directly from familiar spreadsheet workflows.
WhatsBox on Google Workspace Marketplace
Install the official WhatsBox add-on directly from the Google Workspace Marketplace to start sending WhatsApp messages from your spreadsheets.
Key Capabilities
- Direct Spreadsheet Trigger: Broadcast to tens, hundreds, or thousands of rows directly inside your active spreadsheet.
- Dynamic Column Mapping: Map spreadsheet columns (e.g. Column A for Phone, Column B for Name, Column C for Order ID) to template parameters (
{{1}},{{2}}). - Live Dispatch Auditing: Automatically writes real-time delivery status (
SENT,DELIVERED,FAILED) and message timestamps into adjacent spreadsheet columns. - Zero File Exports: Eliminate tedious CSV exporting and importing cycles—data stays synchronized in Google Sheets.
