WhatsBox provides comprehensive controls for your business settings, profile personalization, and direct feedback to the WhatsBox engineering team.
Personal Profile & Preferences
Navigate to Settings > Personal (/settings/personal):
- Avatar: Your profile picture.
- Name: Your name displayed in messages, internal notes and team activity logs.
- Theme: Toggle between Light mode, Dark mode, or System default theme.
Business Profile Settings
Navigate to Settings > Business (/settings/business):
- Business Name: The workspace name of your business.
- Timezone: Default timezone settings applied across your organization.
Multi-Account & Workspace Switching
If you manage multiple companies, client accounts, or branch offices:
- Click your user avatar in the bottom-left corner.
- Select Switch Account (
/switch-account). - Select any workspace you have been invited to or create a new business workspace.
- WhatsBox switches contexts instantly without requiring you to log out and log back in.
Submitting Feature Requests & Reporting Issues

Request a Feature
Click your user avatar in the bottom-left corner and navigate to New Feature Request (/feature-request) in the account menu to suggest integrations, new tools, or workflow improvements directly to our product roadmap.
Report an Issue
Encountered an unexpected error? Click your user avatar in the bottom-left corner and navigate to Report an Issue (/bug-reporting) to submit bug reports and diagnostic information to our engineering team.
